When three books make a trilogy

Today we publish 'The Constitution of Effective Freedom E and #8221;, a description in normative language of the desirable society, which provides the occasion for the launch of ILEB - the BURSA Effective Freedom Index, which establishes, in 188 states, the distance from the state of freedom, that state which would be desirable.
