Scandal of proportions at Casa Verde: justice annuls regulations imposed by AFM

The Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) has recently registered several judicial failures, after magistrates invalidated regulations considered incompatible with European legislation, regulations with an impact on the implementation of the Casa Verde Photovoltaice program.
