Romania and #39;s naval projects, part of the EU plan to strengthen the Eastern Shield

Romania and #39;s maritime and naval projects could be included in the joint projects to defend the borders and strengthen the Eastern Shield from Finland to Bulgaria, said Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, yesterday at the Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base at the end of her official visit to the EU states on NATO and #39;s Eastern Flank.
