Paradigm shift on the plate

The WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) organization proposes an unusual but pragmatic solution to protect marine ecosystems in Greece: the consumption of invasive fish. WWF representatives point out that, especially in southern Greece and the Dodecanese archipelago, non-native species are becoming increasingly present on the market.
