Medvedev and #39;s paradox: no Western military bases, but with Russian bases

The Vice President of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, called for the development of international legal mechanisms leading to the abolition of Western military bases located on the territory of other states, arguing that they represent a threat to the collective security and sovereignty of states.
