Kremlin turns citizens and #39; protection into justification for foreign armed actions

The Kremlin will be able to send its armed forces anywhere in the world to defend the rights and freedoms of Russian citizens, a bill adopted in first reading by the State Duma two days ago stipulates, according to a press release published on the institution and #39;s website in Moscow.
