COMVEX, new investments under the specter of old maneuvers

COMVEX SA is preparing for a new major investment in the Port of Constanta: 63 million euros, excluding VAT, for the development of a terminal for solid bulk fertilizers and liquid products at Dana 84 and Halda 5.
