BNR revises inflation forecast upwards; general downward trend maintained throughout the year

* Isărescu: 'The fact that we have a higher interest rate is related to internal political tensions'
* 'It and #39;s really not the time to depreciate the exchange rate, because we have a lot of tensions'
* 'A possible trade war will not only have an inflationary impact, but I think it will create a recession'
* 'If the governing coalition did not approve the ordinance (austerity), the deficit would have gone towards 10% this year'
