European report: Romania ranks 22nd out of 27 in the absorption of non-repayable funds

At the end of 2025, Romania ranked 22nd out of the 27 European Union member states in terms of the rate of grant payments from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, according to the European Court of Auditors and #39; report on the EU budget published overnight.
