Poland and Baltic states strengthen protection of strategic infrastructure, fearing Russian attacks

Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are strengthening their security measures around critical infrastructure, amid fears that Russia could try to provoke an incident on the territory of a NATO state through a 'false flag' operation.
