Migration brings back pressure on EU borders

New waves of illegal migration to the Spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla have brought back to the forefront one of the most sensitive issues on the European Union and #39;s agenda: the balance between protecting external borders and respecting the fundamental rights of migrants.
