WHO: Europe needs more effective heatwave response plans

The World Health Organization and #39;s Regional Office for Europe (WHO/Europe) has published an updated guide on heatwave and health action plans, aimed at authorities dealing with the increasingly severe effects of heatwaves on the population, Xinhua news agency reported.
