ECA report: Bucharest Government reports amounts 'assigned and #8221; from PNRR, not money actually paid to beneficiaries

*According to ECA auditors, 15.76 billion euros were allocated to the 100 largest final beneficiaries in our country, but the amount actually paid to them is unknown
