Minister Daniel David calls for funding guarantees for Romanian-language schools in Ukraine

The Romanian Ministry of Education and Research and the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science will create a bilateral working group to develop proposals to ensure the rights of the Romanian minority to education in their mother tongue.
